I want to know the cheapest windows vps which you can use to rdp out there
I need a LOT of those boxes so please give recommendations WITH pricing

i used hostwind (seller here on the board) with the coupon who gets you a discount for the first month, payed 8$ for 1CPU/1GB/100MBPS, the internet speed isnt stable (30-105mbps up/dl) but overall im quite happy.

Also checked that other offer (shapehost) and they have basically the same prices but offer 1gbps connection, i will try that for a month after my current vps runs out.

But as now i am happy with my hostwind vps, support just couldnt figure out how i can use a vpn on my vps.

Try to stay away from resellers, go to the direct providers instead.

The hosting company is not required to configure your VPN.You have to ask your VPN provider how to use it on a VPS.Also the solution might be teamviewer if you cant configure it.

About the cheapest windows VPS, try the marketplace, because of the forum rules no one can advertise his hosting company here.

You can find out if someone is reseller when you buy a VPS from the company and after that check the IP that they gave you in whois database :).There are really good resellers at all.

Why? Some of the largest VPS providers around are nothing more than hosts renting hardware from a datacenter and using it to host the VPS's. There is nothing wrong with being a reseller and in many cases that will be the best way to go when it comes to the VPS world as very few datacenters provider VPS's directly unless you want to consider expensive cloud solutions...

Shared web hosting on the other hand, you may want to avoid resellers unless they have good value added services.

While you can certainly lookup to see whom owns an IP address it is by no means a decisive answer as to whether they are a reseller or not as there are tons of providers whom have their own racks, network gear, etc. but still get their IPs & bandwidth from their datacenter or even directly from their ISP such as Level 3 or NTT.

TMYN.

Providers are always great than reseller. I also got bad experience first going with a reseller. But next time I didn't make the same mistake again and grabbed Offshore SEO VPS,also searched on google myself for the best deal. BHW also helped to understand which one good and which one bad cause there is a huge user and they response immediately. So, try to search the best deal suitable for you and ask here for the review, you'll get the answer.

Oh look, another shill account...what else is new.

There are many hosting providers with cheap hosting plans. However, I suggest you to look for the hosting provider who offers you 24X7 customer support with nearly 100% uptime. Also, always check, the customer reviews before going for any cheap VPS hosting.

You should look for hostingroot offers, they have very amazing deals right now.

Here is the URL- hostingroot(dot)in

PS- I got positive reviews from my friends, I ll also buy one and try there product.

Remember you will get what you paid for.

I am considering buying my own server and adding a 50mb dedicated connection. I will probably do that by the end of the year, I am waiting for my earnings to go up first.

I can name AJKservers.co.uk which plans are cheap and stable. I really love their server solutions

Hostsailor.com and ewallhost.com provide attractive VPS deals which are able to meet all your needs.
Servers are supported well and their uptime is high.
Prices are cvompetitive.

That is really the best way to go for those that make a decent buck online and have a need. It costs a couple of dollars but it is like staying at a Fours Seasons instead of a Marriott.

That is most probably spam. This thread has not been updated for more than a year, I am sure the guy already found a good VPS provider.
