Seller provided a beautiful site on the topic I wanted. The theme was good, custom images were present and everything is exactly as described above.

The site came on a domain with the following metrics:
PA 37, DA 25, CF 23 and TF 15

The domain however didn't have anything to do with the niche. Just be aware of that but I can't really see that being a huge issue.

There were 2 pieces of content, both of which passed copyscape tests and were quite well written.

Overall, this is a good
