FollowLiker: Ignoring my refund requests.

I have sent up to 5 emails to them wanting to refund from unlimited accounts to just the one s I need the money and I don't use them.

They replied:
Once after the first email, 3 days ago.

"Hello,

Why is that?

What issues do you have?"

I explained, 3 days later I have nothing.

I REALLY NEED the cash right now as it is an emergency.

Can someone tag them in here?

Beside that, it's widely known that FollowLiker support is pretty bad and also I've read some cases in the past where people requests a refund, were not given it and had their licenses banned.

I don't know about you guys. But I got great support from them. One more thing, always read the part about refund policy before purchasing software bro.

I NEED the money as it's an emergency. My brother is in hospital in London and I dont have enough to stay for the week. Do they not give exceptions?

I REALLY need it, I can send them all the proof they need!

They are refusing to even talk to me, I'm here borrowing cash, looking like an idiot to stay with my hospitalized brother. I'd do anything for cash atm.

If you really want your money back, your last chance is to fill a chargeback. However, keep in mind that you most likely will lose your license that way and it's not guaranteed that you'll get your money back. If you, however, paid with your bank, you should go to the bank and ask them to reverse the payment instead. That should pretty much be guaranteed.

followliker is lacking their support. one of the guyi met here , says fl admin is an asshole. a refund policy should be there.else why people buys softwares. if support is good, people will buy them again again... poor fl .

Only had good experience with their support. They even did that live video share thing to fix my problems with FL.
