how many friends can you add per day without getting blocked etc? and is it any restriction on how many friend request you can accept? Great guide btw.I dont understand people that spamming thoose making money groups that nobody clicks or convert.

There is no fixed number. It varies.
Here are some tips:
1. If you have a new account , go slowly. 5-10 requests per day.
2. If you have an aged account (2, 5 or even more years) that was active for all those years, then you can add/accept more friends each day.
3. If you send friend requests, after 2-3 days you should cancel them. If the person didn't accept in 2-3 days, he probably won't (either he doesn't want to, or he forgot about your invite). So you want to cancel so that your list of unaccepted friend requests is not too long.
4. You have a better chance of people accepting when you have many mutual friends with them (because they think that if you know their friends, maybe you know them). Some bots let you add friends this way.
5. You have a better chance of people accepting when those people have many friends (many = more than 500, or more than 1,000 if you want to be safer). Some bots let you add friends this way.
6. If you see FB warnings, SLOW DOWN immediately and go really slow for 2-3 days. When I say warnings I mean 2 things:
a. When you send a friend request, FB will say something like "are you sure you know this person" and will let you cancel. This is a warning.
b. When you send a friend request, FB will show your some captcha to solve (choose the pictures of the cats out of these pictures, etc.)
