ymail and rocketmail emails?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to create @ymail.com and @rocketmail.com emails? I know both are discontinued Yahoo domains but live.com and msn.com are both discontinued Microsoft emails and people have still found a way to make them. I'm in desperate need to make a few new email accounts with @ymail/rockemail.com so any help is appreciated.

Why are these two domains so important, why not just a yahoo.com domain.

Yeah, don't think you would be able to create new accounts but maybe you could buy aged accounts

I need to make a few accounts with specific IDs so I can't really buy random accounts, I need to be able to create them. Thanks though.
