In my personal opinion this is a decent idea if your trying to go legit but I think it would take a long time to really make a decent income but I could be wrong as a lot of ideas could seem mediocre or even bad and make you lots of money if you just know how to implement them correct.

That's the problem though I don't know how to implement anything Thanks for your opinion

Because if google thinks your trying to manipulate your rankings by building multiple sites and linking them all together she very well may penalize you. Your better off building a scilo and writing on all those different topics and going into detail on one website. Become an authority site rather then have 20 sites on different aspects of your niche.

My plan is to build one blog site but have different subjects.. Kinda going off that idea now looking at the big picture.. I can definitely do it and have loads of time to invest and i love learning and trying new things so I hope i can do well..

If I see money coming in (doesn't have to be good money, just something to keep me motivated) I'll 100% carry on and seriously won't stop. My only fear is that I won't get the hang of it and won't be able to write great content

There won't be, that's the thing. It will take so long for money to come in and the sum of the articles to start ranking.

You are strating with too many niches. Its better to strart with 3-4 Niches, then scal it up.

I mean anything.. As in just £0.01 a day to start off with, I'd be happy.. It won't take as long as you say.. I don't think. If I can get my social media account up it shouldn't take that long

thats what im hoping. if, for example, i have twitter, instagram and facebook groups/pages with 20,000 fans on each (60,000) and i post 3 articles a day on the 3 profiles thats a maximum reach of 540,000 per day.. thats surely at least 50,000 UV a day.. and 20,000 fans is a small example AND theres more than juse them 3 social platforms. so these people saying it will take months confuse me...

that is what im hoping and because im still reading and learning everything i can before jumping into something ive never done before so i want to be well educated. when you rush is when mistakes start happening

Funny, because that's 98% of people's problem. Too much reading and they never take action and make it happen. 10 years from now and you'll look back and be like, shit I was a very typical beginner.

You can hardly mess up with producing valuable content. Just write something that people would want to read. Get 5 articles done by the end of the day in a niche, no excuses or procrastination.

i do get what you're saying and i will admit im in the 98% but.. i know for a fact (somehow) ill fuck up and blame myself for rushing. everyone is telling me to pick a niche i enjoy doing but i honestly cant think of anything i like lmao

You don't have hobbies? What do you do for fun? Go on pictures of you on your social media accounts, and see what you do.

For me, I like:

- 4x4 off roading
- boating
- fishing
- fitness/exercise/diet
- programming
- firearms

ive decided to make a blog and include the following (early days) ghost stories, celebrity, funny, shocking, technology, films, sports and news.. Will also throw in some random 'top 10s' every now and again.
Will promote on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Only planning to make money through ads.

So I've made that fairly short so you lot don't lose interest.. Just from what you guys can see, am I making any mistakes?

That's like an everything site. Go for it. Anything can happen. You should do it because you like it. If you write enough content, something will stick, just be active with promotion as well.
