what type of retention can you give me on a 45 min video and a 1 hour 25 video ? and what speeds

Our HR retention is 60-100% up to about an hour video, the speed of delivery changes sometimes it is slow sometimes its fast depending on the workload. I have to say we can finish 1k-5k/24hrs estimate

We can only give 70-90% retention for 1hr videos
earlier if accepted up to 3 hours,
I have previous videos with good retention,
but then I have videos retention 8%, about 13 min to 3 h,
It's a shame but will not do me any service,
if 2 hours,
40 50% should serve?
