I paid my invoice, my VPS isn't back up yet.

I didn't want another month of the VPS, but support wasn't helping me by allowing me to simply deactivate 3 validation keys in 3 programs on the VPS... I had to pay for another month for nothing!?

I don't know who you are because you haven't provided any email or ticket ID. But as a general rule, people do this before the expire date of the VPS. We can't wait with the VPS running if someone is not paying the invoices.

There are many occasions when we delay the invoice or we don't suspend the VPS when our clients open a ticket and ask for that.

I am sorry if that happened to you, I can assure you it was not a bad intention. If you send me more details via PM, maybe I can help you.
