That is possible using our Traffic Wizard and a service like fakereferrer to spoof the referral.

Nope, and we offer filtering using IAS and other standard services. Best to try something out, before making a judgement about it.

Nothin of that is true. If looked at it and also theres isnt any option to set targets by keywords or geo. So its actually a waist of time. User interface is not user friendly to work with and looks unprofessional, Also almost 40% of traffic came from spider/bots.

As we state, the engagement rate should be much better than our Web Traffic. You can even set targets for the engagement rate, so results should be more satisfying, but we do not guarantee conversions.

The Traffic Wizard doesn't offer keyword targeting, so it isn't an option. However I see you selected the US as a GEO target, so I don't understand why you are claiming there are no GEO targeting options. I also don't understand why you didn't open any tickets asking for help with the panel, if it had confused you.

Unfortunately, per our Terms of Service, we do not refund for traffic that has been sent and you only have $0.59 remaining on your account. So we can only offer that as a refund at this time. Please send us in a ticket the information you have saying the traffic were bots, because by IAS's Firewall Standards, there should have been less than 1%. If an error happened on our end, then we could offer a full refund or refill your account after the issue has been resolved.
