Thank you!
Finally, I have some free time to share my experience with CSEO. Hope, current and future clients will find it useful.
Aldis have already thanked me many times for honest feedback but I have not left any in this thread until now. I'll do my best to make it fair and unbiased. Pursuing this goal I decided to separate cold facts from my interpretation of these facts (my feelings, thoughts and opinions, this part is 100% subjective, it might be completely wrong and for this reason I'll use this color to separate it).
The web site I was going to promote was in the adult niche. I had some difficulties choosing the right plan for this web-site and the right keywords, so I asked Aldis for the advise. He was glad to help. He explained that bronze plan does not include keyword consultation and silver plan would be the best choice for me. Within the silver plan he advised to promote "several dozen "long-tail keywords", rather than just ranking for 1 or 2 niche-specific, high traffic keywords" because this approach, according to his experience, would bring more visitors to the web-site. I agreed and became a CSEO client on the 1st of March.
The next day I got a list of 19 keywords. It turned our it is difficult to come up with long-tail keywords in adult niche for CSEO, so they offered to promote "ten 2-3 words keywords with a great competition/monthly searches ratio" as well as domain-focused keywords. Checking the list, I was surprised to see there were some keywords with as little as 30 or 100 monthly searches worldwide. I expressed my concern and offered my keywords. Two days later Aldis patiently explained that the point was "to target a set of keywords with a wide variety of monthly searches and competition stat". As usually, I told him I agree to do what he feels is the best for the web-site. Thus, I confirmed his keyword list.
At the same time I got my on-site SEO report. Site speed was more or less good but there were many recommendations like "get rid of external java scripts" (mostly related to the web-site ads) and "title, h1 tag and alt tag does not contain a keyword" (which one? We had a list of 19 by that time). I expressed my difficulties with keyword in tags and title but did not get any answer. I did not insist because I was not going to do any on-site changes anyway.
I understand pretty well the importance of on-site SEO. However, I don't need to pay anybody in order to be told to make on-site SEO. In this kind of business it is always a balance between good on-site SEO and the number of ads. My intention was to evaluate how useful CSEO's off-site SEO would be, this is what I was paying for.
Even though, during the period I got rid of the heaviest ad and a couple of java-scripts and improved navigation in order to increase page views. This work was planned in advance and had absolutely nothing to do with CSEO's report.
On the 5th of March I got my serpbook rank tracking account. There were 4 keywords added by CSEO. One of them was already ranking at position about 40-50 in google.
On the 8th of March I made my first payment. The next day I asked Aldis about my preliminary link-building report which was intended to be issued during free trial. He told me I did not get one because they got my confirmation of the keywords on the 4th day of 7-day trial. Fine.
I don't think that was very fair. I've checked those emails, it took me no more than several hours to answer. But it took from 1 to 2 working days for Aldis to answer my letters. And I was the one to blame. Did not care enough to argue, though.
On the 31st of March I got my first report. I expressed some concerns about it. Among them:
- both hand-written articles, even though they were published on the 8th of March, were not indexed by Google (they still are not indexed, just checked)
- I got 4 doc sharing sites instead of 5, not a big issues, but still
- I was quite skeptical about links from exit pages of .gov and .edu sites. Not sure if it really can work in 2016
- did not get my report on "video submission", there was a copy of another page of my own report instead
- did not get my report on tier 2 social bookmarks, there was a copy of another client's report instead
- and the worst, instead of 200 "social network profiles" there were 43 links pasted several times into the report page and shuffled to make it look like there were 200+ links
As ussual, Aldis was very friendly, polite and patient. Apart from the last one all the issues were resolved promptly and I got the corrected version of my report the very next day. Regarding the last issue, Aldis told me there is something wrong with how I open the file. I insisted there is nothing wrong with that. Then he explained that even though that might look bad, it's totally fine to publish "several accounts on the same "social network" - something that was not relevant at all to the issue. I still insisted I don't understand why he's trying to convince me 1 link is 5 links. No answer for 3 days. Finally, he told me I am 100% right, those links are "duplicates", they should not be there and Aldis can not explain how did that happen, but I will be compensated the next month. Next month I got fair 270 of tier 2 "social networks" (they are forum profiles really) links. By the way, I just checked those 43 links from my first report, only 26 of them still alive (it's been 1.5 month), the rest are gone ("account blocked", "domain expired", "can not connect to database", etc.).
I do my best but still can not imagine how that can happen by accident. How 43 links accidentally pasted five times into the report and accidentally shuffled. How a person for days accidentally trying to convince me it is how it's intended to be. I don't tend to believe.
I strongly advise to each and every CSEO client to use "sort" button in Excel and carefully check all their reports. I don't think I'm the only client who got such a report.
Still, I decided to continue for one more month. Just out of curiosity and because it was fun. It might be stupid, but I still had a little hope to see some serp increase.
The month passed. I did not get my monthly report in time. Serpbook showed a great decrease in my rankings. I waited for five more days and asked Aldis about monthly report on the 5th of May. Few hours later I got my report to my e-mail. The next day I got response from Aldis "according to our records, your report was delivered 22 hours ago, check your spam folder".
Is that a coincident a got my report soon after I asked after at least 5 days of delay? I don't think so. But Aldis plays his favorite game "it's how it's intended to be". Quite fun! It's like I and Aldis are in the kindergarten again.
After what happened, I checked each and every link in that report. Nothing to complain, though, work done as promised. Just checked both hand-written articles from that report. Both were published more then 3 weeks ago. Both not indexed by Google, just like both from the first report.
On the 7th of March I checked my Serpbook rank tracking account again. 3 keywords still did not have any position in SERP at all. The fourth lost 268 positions during the last 30 days. I canceled my subscription. Few hours later my serpbook account was deleted, it now says "Error: There are no keywords being tracked in this category!"
I don't think my account was deleted by accident. I believe it was done on purpose by CSEO so that I don't have a proof of rankings changes and can not demand a refund.
The next day I asked Aldis to check if I qualify for refund. He told me I don't. And his hands are tied for two reasons:
1. I did not do on-site SEO the way he said when we started.
2. Both of us (me and Aldis (!) ) see an improvement in my SERPs for some of keywords.
I was really surprised to hear there are some strict rules and tied hands. I just checked the first page of the thread, it does not say anything about tied hands. Moreover, the service provided by CSEO, link pyramid, is all about off-site SEO, this is what I was paying for. It is my own decision whether I do on-site SEO or not. No one can blame me if I decide not to. It is my own choice, it has absolutely nothing to do with the service I was paying for.
By the way, CSEO on-site SEO report is quite demanding. I don't think many webmasters can easily meet all the requirements. So, if the implementation if this recommendations is a requirement for the refund, then it never gonna happen. So, "guaranteed results or refund", "no risk guarantees", all other promises that was made in this thread - it's just a bullshit.
Since my serpbook account was deleted, I did not see any SERP increase. Google Analytics as well as Google Webmaster Tools both showed there is none.
I was tired of arguing with Aldis, so I told him I won't insist on refund. I explained him the problem with my serpbook account and kindly asked him, just out of curiosity, to show me the exact keywords with SERP increase that he sees. No answer since then.
Thus, I have spent $300 and 2 months. How many links I got? According to Google Webmasters Tools, I got links from about 75 domains after my first report. After my second report only 1 new domain appeared in Webmaster Tools. By now, links from 3 of these domains were lost and disappeared from Webmaster Tools. It looks so bad I'm not even sure anymore I was correct evaluating first month results as high as 75 new domains.
Any traffic increase? Nope. Screenshot of Google Analytics organic search traffic attached.

Ranking increase maybe? As I wrote above, the keywords chosen by CSEO were incredibly easy, but serpbook showed -268 positions before my account was deleted to hide that fact.
Thus, for me CSEO was a total waste of my time and my money.
Concluding, according to my experience:
- free preliminary link-building is bullshit
- refund policy is bullshit
- articles quality accounts for none since none of 4 articles were indexed
- links quality is average at a very best since only 1 new domain from my second report was indexed by now (according to Google Webmaster), only 26 of 43 links of the randomly chosen page of my first report are still alive
- report quality differs (the first was terrible, the second was perfect), anyway, a client have to spent his time checking reports carefully
- client have to use "sort" function to make sure he's not been fooled
- client will be blamed for CSEO's delays
- client have to pursue CSEO to get his report in time
- serpbook tracking will be deleted by CSEO in case it proves that CSEO failed
- and arguing, arguing, arguing
On the bright side:
- Aldis seems to be a great guy, it is always nice to talk to him. He is very friendly, polite and patient.
- It's always fun to see his excuses, but all this is incredibly far from making business, unfortunately.
For this reasons I, personally, done with SCEO. It obviously does not worth the money. I'm pretty sure here on BHW I'll easily find dozens of much better SEO services.
Very best wishes!
Please keep in mind that this thread is a few years old, therefore the promotions on the first page concluded a long time ago. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Will give a honest review afterCan i get a review? I have a low comp site.

Sergei I’m sorry you had a bad experience, and I would like to apologize for any miscommunication that has led you to distrust in our work. We’ve been in business almost 4 years, we serve dozens of clients every month, and we strive to develop the best possible link pyramid service.
Leaving aside the rude comments/mentions, I truly appreciate your intention and the time you spent on writing your detailed, honest review.
At CSEO, we highly appreciate positive, regular, or even bad comments, as they provide us an outside perspective about our products and services. In fact, many of our service improvements and innovations ideas come from interactions with our clients. Rest assured, your case will help us go over a few aspects of our service that now we know can be improved.
Personally, my conscience is clear as I know both me and the great team backing me up did our very best. We embrace the fact that it’s almost guaranteed that at some point a client will write a negative review about a product or service, and we will have to deal with an isolated issue like this one.
Thank you again, for your honest feedback. If you ever want to chat with us again about your case, please contact me at your convenience (you already know my email!). We wish you all the best for you and your business!

I'm sorry, we only specialize in SEO and link building. Web development is out of our area of expertise.Do you have a plan that incorporates website building. I need a service to build and rank a website for me, all in one service.
PM me if you can do it.
Just placed an order, 1390
Looking for feedback on this service, has anyone had experience with CSEO?
I am concerned about the quality of the links and if they will look like SPAM.
Thanks for trying CSEO, your order has been received. Thanks, I am ranking #11, #12 and #21 for local keywords, I wonder if my situation will be different.
Our money-back guarantee policy is very simple and easy to understand:I want to confirm something here, I remember reading something about 100% placement improvement. Is there a guarantee?
Say my average place is 20, will my expected placement be 10 within 2 months? What happens if it does not make it?
The page reviewed is the exact URL you provided us when signing up to our 7-day free trial. In your case, is your website's home URL. You can also find this information on the first page of the mentioned report. My experience so far... I received an seo 'report'. In this report it had a list of improvements. The issue with these improvements is that it didn't tell me which page they had reviewed, and it said that there was only one word on one of the pages. I know every single page has text on it.
I am very close to pulling the plug.
That offer ended a long time ago. Please read the date of the posts and our past promos/discounts/etc. ThanksI'd like a junion member discount, should I pm you or something?
Congrats on your 1st page rankings! We will continue to work hard on your order and help you bring all your remaining keywords to Google's 1st result page as well.Follow CSEO recommendations and you'll be fine. Eduardo once said to me that link building by itself will not get me ranked on Google, only the combination of keyword research + onsite optimization + link building will get my website on the top. After a couple of months of subscription, I believe he's right.
Check out my current search positions:

As you can see, I'm already on the first page (result #4) for my most important keyword! I went from search result #300 to search result #4 within a month. Not bad at all!
Wrapping up:
- Eduardo is an honest guy who knows what he's doing.
- CSEO's service seems to be working pretty well!
- SEO is not just link building. Listen carefully to their recommendations and apply them.
