big channel is stealing content

this guys here https://www.youtube.com/user/JukinVideoDotCom are stealing content from smoler channels.i didn't knew about them till now,i was checking my channel and boom i see there copyright claim from jukin media so i searched them on youtube and what i see they have 2 or 3 my videos reuploaded and have way more views than me i did reported i did sent dispute,but i know for sure youtube will ban me not them couse they have 1m subs i only have 1k.

so the question is how to fight with bullies?

Well, you are not the only victim of that thief channel. I also have a video before and they also stole it. The worst part? I saw that video on some channels in canada. And you know what? The credits on that tv channel goes to their channel. F$cking bastards.

It's quite obvious from reading this that Kramer is NOT correct. You have to choose to make your video free and open for everyone to use, it's not default.

It's only with CC license when your videos can be re-used. My recommendation is to add impossible to delete watermarks (for example as videohive does with their sample videos), on the middle.

As for this case, you could send a copyright takedown, they'll most likely would appeal, and then you would have to provide details to YouTube that you have initiated a lawsuit against them.

Well you might be able to use YouTube's poor copyright systems to your advantage here. You could send a DMCA request for each video that was stolen from you. Even if you aren't willing to go to court for it it will screw with their channel in a number of ways. You can also seek out the original uploaders of the other stolen content and recommend they initiate a DMCA as well.

Who would've thought YouTube's pathetic excuse for a copyright system would have some value to an innocent someday.

However in this case the claim is accurate which means he does have legal basis to sue for the video's removal. If the video is being reuploaded, blurred, and the watermark improperly removed then it's a violation of every copyright law that's ever existed in this world.

Wrll first of all kraemer is not right standart youtube license doea not gives that kind of rights,thats called creative commons attribution license(reuse allowed)
Do you know utuber ray william jhonson?if not google him.he has 10million subs.this network flagged his 40 videos and they were claiming monetization rights on them.of course this videos were made by this guy and the main "actor" in the video was he.so he sued them and you know what happened?network won the case and they made this guy to work on them.

It's a completely fair claim, yeah, but the fact that he didn't pursue with legal actions makes it invalid. And you can't do this an unlimited amount of times because YouTube will think you're just trying to mess with the claimed's account.

He's well within the statute of limitations to sue for copyright, in fact he has 3 whole years to do that thanks to Google being based in America. I'm not too sure about the limits but considering the number of DMCAs issued by even smaller existences like Derrek Savage this guy is probably well within the the limit with only 2-3 videos he suspects are stolen.

I recommended that he enlighten others to the theft of their content if he can find them so that rather than 1 channel issuing a DMCA for a few videos this channel is more justly punished. That wouldn't cut into his own DMCA limitations as it is other people issuing them.

Yeah I had a channel completely destroyed by someone claiming copyright on me too, though all the videos are of me in them, original content. Ive also seen a few of these threads pop up in last few weeks. Might be a growing trend, someone stealing other people content like that.

this is a good example how a channel with no original content creates "legit" content, it called "compilation" they just mix some private viral/cool videos (not own by big channels or partners) edit them and add their watermark, this is a way to make $$$.

i say "if you can't beat them, join them..." i would make a similar channel, based on that idea of "compilations" they use, i can just think that for each "compilation" they upload you can do the same (in different order of the edit cuts) put your big ass watermark, and here this is your original content now.
