While doing some research today on few niches, I came up an network of websites owned by 1 guy that truly were made with care/ super high quality content, After digging deeper I realized that they are just made to make money, but his websites are just one whole whole different level...

-each website had a custom built wp theme/really nice logo, they were all WP but they were custom made..
-ALL of the articles on the website were at least 2000-2500 word long, and each article linked to like 3-5 government/super high authority websites.
-his anchor texts for backlinks were mainly naked urls/brand names, he was just building authority to his site without spamming any keywords AT ALL, and had TONS of links from an actual EDU /gov sites- how did he got backlinks from them? He actually had a great content and they linked to him naturally.
-The websites itself was made so professionally that they looked miles better than any Official government websites
-Btw he wasnt going for 100,000 searches a month keywords, I bet 99% of his traffic is from longtails.

I do know the niche very well and how much people can earn from it, and The guy was probably making around $200,000-$300,000 PER MONTH with a network of just 6 super super good content websites.
Each website had around 100 articles, and he was ranked on google on first page/first spots for pretty much all the keywords he was targeting..Without actually building keyword-rich backlinks or even building any backlinks at all to most of the inner-pages.. His domains were only 1.5-2years old so not like old domains where he had spent ages making them


Just goes to show that super super quality content and actual care goes a LONG way and you don't even need shitloads of backlinks to rank high.

Using Pay-per-lead networks,I have had websites like that in past and have used the very same ones so I'm very well aware of the numbers

I guess I have been doing this wrong for years, building quick 1-2page sites with 500word articles, throwing some backlinks and let it sit, 99% of my sites have been fails..
Now I know why.. There's simply no shortcuts if you want actually a decent business , have to build something so good and quality that it has no other chance than to succeed.

I suppose the guy had invested around $20-$25k to build those websites , probably way way more if he had hired top writers.. (95% of the cost is the content) . but not bad if you can make $200k A month from $20k investment

the guy had a couple of PBN links as well, but only few, his main strategy was basicly to make the websites look as High-authority as possible even tho he's just a regular shmuck behind all that , but disguised everything with shitloads of great content and the website was made so it looks like something super official. And by doing so even the government/ school websites trusted him to even backlink to him Although he had manipuleted them a bit to link-back to him,a method which was new to me and Can't share as I will try to use it as well

I bet his websites will stand tall after all the future google updates for years because of the way he made them

I don't know that many of us use "regular" churn and burn sites but the very name, "churn and burn" is indicative of an income that is not stable.

Long term is the game. I am also going white hat in one of my authority websites. Currently, I've burned more $$$$ in backlinking and still am frustrated because of the rankings. But I still have faith in white hat SEO.

That's the main reason REAL SITES are the future of PBN. This way you have strong bbacklinks as well as a powerful network of ssites ranking in a lot of keywords!

I agree with you. White hat pays, but this depends on what you call whitehat. He is not whitehat, but doing blackhat in a new level. So long he is building links, then He is black.

Am going to try and apply the same method on my newest project - i.e. Each articles will be 2000+ words and only use brand/naked urls.
