Plenty of help on here buddy, best thing to do is go through all of the posts on here, loads of information to go through. As that type of question is asked several times per day as you can imagine and never likely to get a serious response.

I understand if you are not very educated when it comes to forums like this so let me tell you how it works at least on this site. Nobody is going to help you individually at least not spoon feed you a method to rank. There are however hundreds if not thousands of very useful posts on here that you can use to learn the basics of SEO. You need to use the search feature on here. If you want to just buy SEO packages that is another story. There are tons of packages you can buy and have people rank your site for you. You can either rank it by yourself or pay somebody to do it for you. Hope this helps!

Thank you SnoopyDrew, I'm new to this forum, and for that matter to owning websites I need ranked. The first guy was rude and all I was asking was a simple question. It doesn't appear this forum is a place to ask for help. But rather just ride posts and try to learn on my own, or buy help from others.
I am not opposed to buying help, so I'll take a look and see what is out there that may help me.

Page Rank is dead. Google stopped using it and recently outright killed it in fact. Places like Moz have their own rating systems. CF, TF and things like that are more useful metrics these days.

Creating a good quality back links to your site will bring you more traffic.
Google ranks your pages according to the number of links pointing at your page,your site will do better if it has more links pointing to it.
Make sure that you have chosen the correct keywords related to your niche.

PageRank is no more in Google.
Now Google will look on DA,PA,TF metrics if these metrics are in the good level you can get good ranking.
You can try Link Building that will be a good option for ranking.
Build more links relevant to your niche and try internal linking on your sites.

I think he is talking about SERP ranking. On page and Off page are the 2 most important factors in SEO to get ranked in google.
