Advertise on BHW
Plugin is not working and has yet to work on my website. Submitted a ticket yesterday, still waiting on a solution. Hope this can be solved in a timely manner considering the price paid.

Disregard the post above, the team has fixed it and it is running great. Thanks again shezboy. You have a happy customer. Will be back for the FB Liker soon!
 
I hope they will reply to my messages also to give it a test! Still waiting...day two... :(

You can use both on the same site at the same time BUT you are advised to use the timer feature so that only one plugin is active at any one time otherwise you could end up showing two separate pop up boxes to the same visitor which isn't good.

Thanks. We always reply to support tickets but (and don't take this the wrong as this applies to a lot of people), people sometimes expect an instantaneous reply to their ticket and after waiting 20 minutes then come to the thread to mention they have created a ticket but have not had a reply.

The part where they don't mention how long it actually has been between them creating the ticket and posting on the thread that they have not had a reply is the part that doesn't paint the full picture. And often after posting on the thread here someone at the support desk will have answered their ticket but the post in this thread doesn't get updated and it then makes it look like the ticket has simply been ignored for days.

That is why I am grateful to you for updating your post here about your ticket being answered the the issue resolved :)

It is also why we keep support separate from this thread and have a dedicated customer support desk.

Hi dude.. I'm interested in this plugin but i have only one doubt for the moment.. is there a price to activate it in only one site? also, what is the current price.. do i still get to have the 50% discount?

I haven't fully implemented this plug into my site yet due to time issues but I will say this, Shez's customer service is pretty effing amazing! I've yet to experience a seller on here that is as consistent. Keep up the good work Shez!
