Depends on the subreddit you want to post in and the quantity. Usually done within 2-3 hours, but again sometimes I speed in up to rank better if it's a bigger subreddit.

If I buy 100 upvotes and I want my reddit to be on the top of a subreddit, how big this subbredit should be?
In other words: should I pick a big subreddit with 50K+ subscribers or I will not succeed in such big subreddit with this amount of upvotes?

Well, I've ranked clients in subreddits with over 200,000 subscribers with relative ease. Got someone to #8 in the ask reddit too with 100 upvotes, but didn't remain there for too long.

I'm using this service of his now and it works very well. You should research reddit so you know which subreddit you want to post in, make sure you understand the rules. You can see the upvotes within the subreddit, just see if the ones at the top have a lot more than 100, if not you should see it stay up there. If it has 1,500 upvotes on the ones at top, then look through the list for the ones with 100 and you know where it would be. If you pick the right subreddit it works well. I'm on one that has 150,000 subscribers and another one with 80,000 subscribers. The top postings on my two that I chose don't even have 100 upvotes on the top listings.
