when i want to scrap from an account i need picture and video
and in this case i need to run the 2 software

These are 2 different tools. We edited the photo downloader version and converted it to the video downloader.

Hi, so this worked perfectly till yesterday. Now when I'm trying to download pictures (tried multiple accounts just to be sure) it gives me the error:
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index"

I even re-started the computer just to be sure.

What do?
 
Holy shit man, you can't believe but ive been looking for this kind of program for months !!! I explored the whole internet but did not find anything useful, I came here to create a thread and suddenly saw this

Here, the same error!
 
It doesn't work at all, neither with Username nor with hashtags.
 
Hello guys,

Yes, now we are having that index issue and the bot doesn't work anymore, but we will fix it in this week. Don't worry. It will start downloading photos successfully again.

Happened to me today as well. Can't download photos from any account, tried over 10 usernames and it shows the following error :
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"
