Used newyork as an example and got the same thing. I'm mainly downloading off profiles (which works) so don't want to stress you too much.

Can you please try with the following multiple hashtags (copy and paste them to the software):

And set the threads to at least 10 threads as settings, choose a new folder as a destination folder and click Start.

Please try it and let me know, do you always get the same issue? Or did it download some photos successfully?

Scraped some accounts today, stopped halfway through with this error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

Restarting it brings up the same error...
