Just now I ordered Basic Shared hosting Plan But its showing the FRAUD Status. May I know the reason ? Invoice Number : #2016-10327

yup! they are seemed great at first
but there support is VERY VERY VERY VERY SLOW.
and if you are taking a shared hosting account from them, and then one of those in the shared hosting bucket takes up a lot of bandwidth, they will SUSPEND ALL accounts in the same shared.hosting bucket until they finish tracing the culprit !!! WTF !
think about it, your website gets suspended because of other websites not related you yours ?!?
the 3rd time it happened, i moved out!
made me happy ever since

I am from the UK Reading and I run and number of sites for myself and clients ranging from adult content sites to free speech sites and a chat services so up time is so important.
I am looking for a very long term solution because I have many projects and websites, I would like to run with one super great hosting company who will ignore complaints and are good at protecting me and my client?s identity.
In the past I have had issues with privacy with registrars asking for my real personal details and proof witch I do not wish to give especially now the UK laws have changed a lot since I started many years ago.
I normally don?t advise anyone to put all their eggs into one basket but for me this is an option I am willing to take for my client?s protection and mine.
So far I have been using hostwinds.com, Noip.com and scalahosting.com they are great I have to say but hostwinds are the only ones who allow adult content. My others don?t allow it and are too strict about their rules which means it limits the amount of sites I can develop.
Being from the UK you look a great deal as the service will be faster as I should be closer to your servers.
My adult sites are always above bored, clean and professional plus I do not run wares sites and there is no intent on law breaking but for me it?s a lot to do with piracy laws like the classic WHIOS for people trying to get my real information and also copyright issues. I know about paying extra for whois protection but that has never been a 100% protection against hackers and the like, using fake names and addresses use to work but they have caught on to that now to.
I stay well away from .uk .co.uk and anything with UK in the domain names because of the new laws asking for paper work and identification of me who I would always like to stay Anonymous to an extent where someone can?t find who is running my clients web sites and vps and so on and find out my real address.
I am a member of BHW and am interested in moving my websites and domains to a better place with great Offshore Web Hosting - VPS - Dedicated Servers. DMCA free, ignoring complaints.

I think im going to have forget about sharkservers as I have tried to contact them by email and here and the contact page so thats 3 times and nothing back in 4 days, its shame because I liked the sounds of this one and its so close to my home I would of had the best speeds. never mind my search goes on.
Wow. In the last day I've had problems with my VPS. But their support were prompt to help me and got it working ASAP. Brilliant support and assistance.
Yes there were problems earlier with their support but the fact is they are dedicated and currently moving to a new datacenter for our benefit so instead of hate, I am sure if you supported them it would help a lot

I bought and paid for a VPS 2 days ago and it's still in pending. I tried opening a ticket, and it said the ticket system was disabled.
What kind of joke is this? Any other host, your VPS is set up immediately after you pay.
Do I have to contact a mod here to start a shitlist thread regarding this?

They were great 6 months ago... but now after some "cooling problems" they had, my vps is constantly at 100% usage, my web is super slow, created a ticket, no answer, re-opened it, still no answer... i'm moving to another vps provider and i suggest others to do the same.

We didn't have "your VPS at 100% usage - you had it at 100%". There is no way we can create 'usage on your VPS' on our own - either your traffic increased, or you did something wrong.
First of all, there's an automated anti-fraud system in place, which would automatically place your order in fraud status if you use a proxy, or fake details. We allowed these at first, but lately we got huge number of fake orders that resulted in chargebacks, so we had to implement some fraud screening. If your order was subject to this, it may take longer to get activated.

Tough times, tough measures - we would very much like to avoid suspending all accounts on a shared server to find the problem, BUT - you're all so smart to use FREE Cloudflare accounts that do not filter any DDoS, BUT pass Cloudflare IPs to us as 'visitors'. How do you think we can filter out the attacker from Cloudflare IPs only? Let me say this - we DO NOT want any hackers, crackers and such signing up for our services - we like SEO guys instead. If your site is likely to attract DDoS, DO NOT sign up with us - we do not want to host any such sites - you have no idea how much proper DDoS mitigation costs (I'm talking hundreds of thousands of dollars. Bear in mind, we're a small company). This helps all our other customers who run normal sites by avoiding unnecessary downtimes.
