Youtube Copyright Claim Issue

Hello,

i am newbie on youtube. I posted some Movie Trailer on Youtube and i got Copyright Claim Notification.

I copied trailer from someone else which have used different music for trailer.

At First, i used keywords like Official Trailer in Title and Description also copied some of the description from Original Official Trailer. But i got Copyright Claim Notification of "Visual Content" even i have copied it from other video which has different music.

At Second, i change the Title and Descriptions a little bit like "X Trailer with Remix Song" and Description i have not used words like Official Movie as most of does. So, i thought this time i will escape. But still i got Copyright Claim Notification of "Song"

My Question is Downloaded same Video from other person who has just 10K views. Why he doesn't get Copyright Violation and i got? Even we have same video?

Any Help will be appreciated.

A number of reasons.

1. He might be getting lucky and just unnoticed.

2. He is actually affiliated or has some sort of agreement with the copyright holder for the trailers he posts.

3. Life is just unfair sometimes, you know you are using copyrighted videos you shouldn't be surprised if you get busted and your channel gets banned.

That is a very inetersting space. Check source code of his video and see if you can find any keywords/descripton that ma set him apart. Check other videos on his playlista and see if there is a pattern.
Maybe he has some way of dodging YT.
