I've seen on eBay many times that many folks can unlock any AT&T iPhone, including in contract iPhones.
I know it's true becuase I've used some of their services and I was able to get my iPhone unlocked in less than 24 hours.

But I urgently need to know how these guys do it? Contacts at AT&T? Apple? (pay them off?)

Perhaps I'll start my own unlocking business if I find the "secret forumula".

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly apprciate it..

My cousin knows how to ICloud unlock, though he never showed me how to do it.
He gave me a hint and he said that he told me he's able to get in to the phone by connecting it through his computer he then has a program thats able to reset and delete the previous Icloud data and he's able to reset the phone.

That might work with iPhone 4 on older iOS versions. Only way to unlock iCloud is either by phishing or by submitting original owner information to apple, so they unlock iCloud. Both cost money.
