I must say.. setup is far from instant. Support is definitely not 24/7.

Setup is instant but some of customer enter wrong hostname like server@xyz. If you use correct format like server.xyz then it will be automatically setup. We provide 24x7 Help and support.

Hostname is only for reference purpose. You can enter any hostname like "example.server1" (without quota), etc.
