Instagram account from 2012

I recovered my old Instagram account I created back in 2012-ish (Oldest picture was 200 weeks old). What should I do with it? Would it be best to sell it?

You'd maybe sell it for $20 and nothing more. If I were you, I'd try growing the account in a particular niche and later monetize it with Shoutouts/CPA, whatever floats your boat.
Definitely not worth selling though.
