According to the my Knowledge if your website Backlinks are nu-relevent then Google decrease Page rank of all website.
Otherwise please share your website on BHW. I will Check what happened with your website.

Google discontinued public Pagerank feed from 15th April, all sites show pr0 now.

Page rank exist but Google stopped making PR known to the public. Sad how many still sell on PR and buy.
