You can specify if you don't want them e.g. one of our options is Metrics where we look for high TF, CF, DA and PA, we ignore PR. In this case we ignore PR. But you can specify that you only want PR>0 as long as it is reasonable. Personally I put more faith in the metrics I have mentioned and some other factors, but I understand people still like to use PR in their selection process

Can PR0 links be found in these packages?

I saw some people were making link backtracking while using other sellers SAPE links services here on BHW and they found not really quality PR0 links
