Dude's Amazon Niche site without investing.

Hi!

I have started a new journey. Ok, I will start everything from beginning.

My Name is Elvis and I'm from Latvia. I'm tech blogger and IT Engineer and I'm very good in Internet (not marketing or smth, but searching, browsing and finding). Past few years I was browsing BHW and just reading some stories and I did not understand anything, just knew that internet means money.

Last year I started a blog, with tech reviews etc. I did not knew anything about SEO, IM. I knew only about affiliate things. So, i started this blog I copy&pasted reviews from other, small blogs. Some of them I rewrited in my own words. I was doing about 2 months (made more than 200 articles) and I wasn't earned any $. So i thought - I MUST read and read and read and learn. Nothing is that easy as i thought.

So, I deleted that blog, domain etc and made a new domain, erotic niche. It's still running, I have changed domain recently, but it's earning no more than 2$ a month, but I love this niche, i love erotica, so i dont mind in not earning anything, and i'm keeping to update and write that blog!

And then I learned a lot about Amazon Niche sites. That's the money. Last 2 weeks I did keyword research, I will not try to rank big keyword, but 20 small ones (20-1000 monthly searches)

Today i bought .online domain (com was ~4k$) Installed wordpress, got a nice theme, adapted it and started to write.

BONUS: Why this journey is unique?

BECAUSE - I will try to earn at least 50$ a month without investing a single penny. (Domain does not count)

Why? Because I don't have one and I want to prove people that you can earn money online without investing more than 4$.

Earning without money is not what you should seek. Its ROI that is important. If you consider the amount of time you are spending it will be a big loss. You could have turn it to big money if you would spend to buy necessary services and tools.

Ok, lets say I will have 50$ a month to spend on tools etc.

The problem is - I have no bloody idea where and how to spend them.

I have a good domain, main keyword, 12 articles with amazon links. Some of them are starting to rank in 11th place.

Today I got free 34$ to spend, can you suggest where to spend it?

And, the best way to build backlinks?

BTW, StumbleUpon is a monster. This month I have 500 views fro stumbleupon. Sad that these views gets my other blog without monetized things.

Web 2.0s are a good place to start for your backlinks. Also, while StumbleUpon visits make you feel good they are not very good other than getting links indexed.

Today I got my first sale on Amazon. I sold gloves and got 60 cents for that. I know it's nothing but it's my first sale so I'm really proud of it and even when it's only 0,6$ it keeps me motivated.

So, by now I have created 12 articles, ranked some keywords and getting ~10 visits from google a day.

The question is - as a noob when I'm visiting marketplace on BHW I get confused because there are so many SEO providers.

Let's say like this - I have 20 bucks to spend. Where I should spend it? Content, tools, etc? I'm doing white hat SEO. Maybe I should buy good links?

And also I discovered that Tumblr is still do follow links. As I read on backlinkoo and Moz, they said that tumblr no more provides do follow links. They are wrong.

It's a nice thing to see that you already started getting 10 hits a day from 12 articles. That means you're doing keyword research just right. Tumblr blogs are still a great way to boost your rankings and a bunch of other web 2.0s too if done properly. Get the trial version of Domain hunter gatherer and scrape them, there are some amazing threads about finding web 2.0 here on BHW. Best of luck!

Yes, I have a niche and main keywords very rare. Not much searches, but really convertible traffic.

I scraped with some other free tools, found 2k expiered tumblrs, and registered 10 of them, because every other was shitty with no backlinks.

I'm actually making list with "best of", tutorials and DIY. People love these 3 things. I don't post any news or some reposting shit, because no one likes and that is big magazines job.

Thanks! I bought namecheap hosting for 9$ per year. Enough for me right now. So, my expenses was domain - 10$, hosting 9$. Theme and plugins are nulled. (I know, i know).

My Amazon account got banned, because I added one product on my other adult related blog. Made a new one right now and replaced all links. Lost 5$

Traffic is 12 views from google a day. I'm ranking 2 keyword is first page, but in last place. Still 10 keyword to rank.

Discovered that tumblr image description links is dof0ll0w and now i'm building links.

Hoping to see 10$ a day till May 20th.

Actually, I pressed register, putted in my old details and I was taken to tax information page and then blog adding page. I was accepted immediately. Idk, I think my amazon account was saved, they just deleted my amazon associates account.

in my case it was banned permanently with Amazon adding that any future accounts I create will be banned. The ban came with XXXX dollars still in the account and primarily because I was displaying prices.
