Seller Caught Using Fake Reviews

I caught a seller on this forum posting fake reviews on his own thread. It happened after I posted a negative review about his service. The next review was from an account that was 1.4 years old but only has 11 posts. All of the posts are on his thread only and are positive reviews. Should I report him to Mr. Apricot?

I would feel bad if his thread was shut down, you never know, this may be his only source of revenue. But I hate people who use fake reviews on BHW!

What should I do?

If you can ignore his lie and it wont hamper your expectations or results then i would suggest the same as below.

I think you need to use your own judgement in such a matter and not rely on others as you will prob get arguments both for and against. Also be careful its not one of you more important sites...cause who knows what seller might do to retaliate since you already publicly come out that it would be you that gets his service banned.

You clearly said he lies about his service. And using fake reviews. This is not fiverr. We don't trust fiverr bcoz of these fake reviews. Dont allow those sellers to make the marketplace another fiverr. Who know may be they already are exchanging reviews??? Just report it.

If seller promised to give you the OBL <75 but end up on 5K+ OBL, that was not right. You could ask for refund and move on. Or, creating shitlist if seller refuse to refund.
If you found suspicious review posts, there is not much waste to report that post/account. Doing this will help cleaning our community.

- Report it if you got some proof to back it up. Who gives a fuck if it is their only source of income. How would you like to book a hotel with all great 5* reviews, but when you get there you realize they were all fake after you see all the roaches etc...
- If OBL were higher than promised Shitlist them and get your money back.

Years back. I tried diversifying my links by buying manual do follow bla bla comment service. 101% of them are NOT manual but (using your own word) were cookie-cutter spam.

Never used them again. I would rather send this type of links to my tier 3.
Help keep BHW clean, report all the fake thread with fake reviews.

If user has promised in his Sales Thread OP that he is going to place your links on the pages with less than some # of OBLs, then I would suggest you to go ahead and ask for a refund; also report the same to mods.
