Yes, report it. Use the "report" button underneath the posts that you suspect are fake with as much information as you can provide on your reasoning. If we can prove it, we'll do something about it. I'll be removing the details some of you have posted upthread. Just to remind you, calling out sellers should be done via the shitlist forum or it gets reported directly to a mod. Investigating fake reviews is not a spectator sport, everyone's innocent until proven otherwise. Likewise, we won't provide updates and feedback on what's going on but, if it's reported, it will be looked into.

Report it. Discouraging fake reviews only improves the BST section for both buyers and sellers.

these fake reviews are to entice noobs to part with their money and so even if they deliver what is asked of them, but that is a crock of shit, the reviews are the aspect that is the scam. they are noob baiting and it needs to stop.
it damages all of our reputations as a collective.
I would report the comments, as apricot says. trying to keep the true negative comments alive to serve as a warning of what you truly get.

No. We don't protect scammers - why would we? What we do is follow the rules. If a buyer starts trolling a sales thread and hijacking it by posting multiple negative reports, then we'll delete all but one review and tell them to take it to the shitlist if they've got an unresolved issue. We won't penalise sellers without proper proof - again, people are innocent until proven guilty. But if a buyer follows the proper procedure, we'll do everything we can to help them get their issue resolved.
If you think you have proof of a mod supporting a scammer, then you send that info to an admin or Diamond Damien directly so it can be addressed. Asides from anything else, it's in bhw's interests to make sure that buyers can trust marketplace services to be accurately sold.

Fake reviews should definitely be reported, however make sure you know they are indeed fake. As for OBLs, they are really on open platforms that can easily be spammed over night. But I do agree, most of those that claim to provide manual comments are not manual per se.
