Do all your keywords still have buyer intent etc? I mean a lot of sellers may provide "the best XXX" "XXX review" etc... as low comp keywords that are pretty useless.

All of the keywords I'm offering do have buyer intent, the person searching for them is definitely looking to buy a product. These are the kind of keywords I use for my own sites, and they convert very well.

Each buyer gets a unique keyword/set of keywords, no keyword is sold to more than one person. After a purchase is made, the keyword is automatically listed as out of stock on the website.

Rankings for my new affiliate site:

About 1 week ago, I took similar keywords to the ones being sold and bought a fresh domain name, ordered some content and slapped it onto the site, I added the site to Webmasters Tools a couple days ago and it has been indexed. Below are the rankings of a couple of the keywords, with absolutely no off-page SEO done whatsoever to the website. After a few juicy links pointing to the sites, I'm sure I'll be able to hit the first page easily.
