I am very disappointed with their service. I ordered 20 articles which should contain 200 words each. So, as requested I made the payment by paypal with a short of just $0.28 (taking consideration of exchange rate and I explained that I will adjust this with the next order). After 3 days later he said the payment will not be accepted and cancelled the transaction. Well, I made the right payment again. I got my work done today. Including the title and link I sent to them, they counted as words. Despite counting both title and link every article contains short of 10-20 words. When I asked you did not accept a short of just $0.28 how can I accept 10-20 words short in my article? If I count each article missing around 20 words then the total 20 article will be missing around 400 words.

Hello,
Please, do recheck the content again, you have been sent over 60 and 80 words in two different files, and no article of your order contains less than 190 words. The 10-20 words margin is kept in + - depending upon how the quality is being maintained, you cannot always get an exact 200 words when the content is not being spin by a bot.
Also, attached is a screenshot, which also shows that WE NEVER said that we will cancel your payment you have to resend, we only asked you to mark it as complete and even agreed on the amount being adjusted in the next order. You asked us to cancel it and you will send again, as a service provider, we have the rights to hold an order for work till the payment has been cleared. View attachment 79028
