I just wanted to leave my review here, don't really post much anymore but KVC really deserve a review:
Overall rating: 9/10 (I'd give a 10, but the full price is a little steep)
One of the best customer services provided by a hosting company! I've only been with them for around a week but the customer service is impeccable. I've had a few issues and they've always been quickly resolved. The VPS provided works great, specs are correct, the price is a little steep but considering the cpanel license is included + a bunch of other goodies, I think it's not all too bad (I'll probably feel the brunt of it next month though after the 50% runs out).
Nonetheless, I hope to stay with these guys, really have solved a lot of hosting problems for me by me having my websites in one place. Best of luck with sales!

Honest Review After A Few Weeks (Again)
The team respond quickly, but it seems the servers themselves are ridiculously slow. Response time for my server is around 1s (this is after a great deal of hassle with the support team, it was initially around 2s), any half-decent webmaster knows that server response time should be around/lower than 200ms. I would even take 0.3-0.4s. I have been communicating back and forth sending them screenshots, I'm starting to bang my head against the wall now.
I regret writing my initial review now. It seems the support either don't have a great deal of network experience under their belt or they simply know the issue and don't want to fix it. I'm surprised server response time is so high. I will redact this review if the issue is fixed, but for now, I will have to make it clear that my previous review does not take into account the issue of server response time. An average website should be loading within 3-4 seconds otherwise users are just generally clicking out, whilst I could improve compression my end, the load time is just terrible and makes the whole user experience painful.
