Massplanner not commenting.

So those of you who have Massplanner will know that in the follow tool there is an option to like the first few photos after following someone, and then another option to automatically comment on their latest post after liking it and following them.
For some odd reason Massplanner will only comment on the first two or so pages, after that it will no longer comment even though the option is checked. Does anyone else experience this or have a fix?

contact their support team, they may or may not be familiar with your problem. Send them your logs and they'll figure out what your problem is.

There's no person in this forum who can probably solve you the problem better than their support team.

PS: I still don't get why people search for help here first before even writing the support. that's just nonsense. It would be a totally different case if they didn't solve the problem, but according to what you're writing you didn't even contact them.

I have contacted their support team several times and the response was always very quick, a couple of minutes in my case.
