Hi members of the Blackhatworld,
so after reading on this forum for over 2 years, and trying numerous methods of making online money, i have started taking matters into my own hands. When i first came across Amazon niche sites, i was very much interested. They seem to be exactly how i think about internet marketing: Very flexible, easy to scale, don't need TOO much webdesign knowledge, and there is alot of information flooding around on the internet about them. But since Amazon is not really big in my country ( i am from The Netherlands ) i have chosen an other affiliate network, which is big in The Netherlands. I put all my so far gained knowledge together and started to take some serious action!
A little about myself:
I am 22 year old student living in The Netherlands. I'm almost graduating college and i have always been interested in Making money Online. At first, i have always looked for easy tricks and such. I did had some succes with a few video's and other tricks. But i have never earned big money for a long time period. And i want to change this. I am studying Small Business & Retail Management, it's an education where you learn everything to start your own business. For me this is, the internet business. I have never ever created a website or something like that, so i am learning this on the way. I am a good learning, and i seem to quickly understand how to things work. And i also value the opinions from others regarding a subject, so i can learn how they do it.
What i have done so far:
Since Amazon is not really selling products in my country, and i want to start my first niche website in my native language, i started looking for the biggest Ecommerce website who work with an affiliate network. And ofcourse i have found one, they are actually pretty similar to Amazon but in Dutch. You can see Amazon is their example, and they are doing the same things Amazon does.
Niche research & Keyword research
From there on, i tried to find a niche and i did Keyword research with Long Tail Pro. I read all about it on this blog Nichesiteproject ( not allowed to put link ) on how to find keywords with a good volume of Monthly Searches and with low competition. The advantage of creating a niche website in Dutch is that there is much fewer competition in comparison to the US. At last i found a niche which has a lot of products in a nice price range from 80 Euro - 400 Euro. The niche has also a few subniches, which i could also target with my keywords. Like US niche websites i used keywords like: Best ''product'' and ''product'' reviews. My main keyword has like 4400 MS and has 22 competition rate according to LTP.
Domain & Hosting
So i have bought this domain with my main keyword in it. And i still had a 1 year hosting package which cost me like 20 euros a year from a landingpage website i had created. ( i created this landingpage with an email list, did have some succes with it, but nothing long term ). So i installed wordpress and looked for a premium theme. I had a little money to invest and i wanted my website to have a good look. So i came across this theme called ''Ultimate Azon Theme'' and i thought it was exactly what i needed. It has a very nice feature to create this Comparison tables and the whole Theme is pretty easy to setup. Perfect for someone who has never created a website.

If you are reviewing products, you have to know the difference between a good product and a bad product. I started reading on all kinds of website regarding my niche. I read reviews of others how they experienced products in my niche, and what could have been better. After i gained knowledge about my niche, i started writing. I created this Pilar article on my homepage with 5000 words, it has an introduction followed by this good looking comparison table. I mainly focused on my main keyword. In the main article i also write about my subniches and for every subniche i have 1 product review of which i think is the best product in that subniche. At the bottom of the article i wrote what to look for if you are searching for the best ''my niche'' and also some general information about the latest laws & rules regarding my niche in Europe.
After that i wrote 8 single product reviews, not really targeting one of my keywords. Just some good information about the pro's and con's of the product. I am planning to rank my Pilar article on first page in the Google before i create another Pilar article, so i will be focussed on one thing at a time.
Linkbuilding
This is where i am right now. I have installed Google Webmaster Tool and i am ranking 40-70 position for my keywords. To give this a boost i am going to trying to build some backlinks. I have not yet made my mind how to do this, i read a lot about creating a PBN. I have read information about buying old domains and set them up without leaving any footprints. But here on BHW people also talk a lot about GSA SER and how amazing it is. I have not yet made my mind, how i can build links to my niche website. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction, keep in mind my niche website is in Dutch.

Why i started this thread?
Well, i have been saying to myself whenever i create my first serious website, i have to create a journey on BHW. Why? Because i have read a lot of my Journey Threads on BHW and i find them very useful and they also inspire people to take action. I want other people who read this to also take action, like i am trying to do. It is true what a lot of people say: People read to much and don't take enough action!
The second reason i started this Thread is for the help and guidance of others. Like i said i value the opinion of others, who have more knowledge in IM as me, so i can learn from them. If there are people who want to talk, feel free to reply to this Thread or PM me!
This is all for today, if there is interest i will update this blog weekly or so.
Everyone who wants to contribute, please do!
