Yes, the $25 package can have 2x authorized IPs, but you have to contact me for that! The proxies are recurring monthly, you can cancel anytime. PMed you!

I want to use them with instagram + followliker. Is that allowed and work well?
Im from central Europe and You said all your proxies are from USA, so my question here: Is there any chance to try them out(like trial or sth, maybe refund or some desired proxy speed checker)?
I wanna use them for long term. BTW. Im not using VPS right now, so Followliker can spit out a lot of errors when proxy got very high latency. Thanks in advance.

Yes IG is allowed and should work well, but since they are shared I cannot guaranty anything.
And yes you can try some proxies out, add me on Skype for that!
