My Parents are Flipping

Hey everyone so I have a little story to tell you while I take a break from the michael jackson bandwagon.

So today I told my parents about CPA and everything and as soon as my mom heard that they have my phone number and address and know my age that the companies are fake and are child molesters. Then my dad stepped in and was like "its just protocol" meaning that the w9 form and everything is just protocol and everything is fine. Then my mom flipped saying no its not he is a little boy (14 yrs old). I cant believe the shit I got myself into with this cpa stuff. Oh and the networks are Copeac,Azoogle,Hydra,Maxbounty, and Beverblue

I have told them but they think that im just a kid that doesnt know about real life. I have to find a way to convince them

Seriously, I've had my fair share of trouble following me in the past, and I made the mistake of filling my father in on the minute details involved in Craigslist posting.. He looked ill after I told him, and I'll never forget that face. I quickly coated the story with icing to seem legit, but that first impression changed me.

I still try to do what I do, but I won't lie seeing his face took some motivation out of me. So, for any newbies out there wanting to shoot the shit with someone that just won't understand.. just don't, and then come here to shoot the shit with someone that does get it. Hell, I'm open for a PM.

Dude, get it in your head: YOU ARE SMARTER THAN YOUR PARENTS WHEN IT COMES TO COMPUTERS. You must've done a bad job explaining it to them. You should've put it along the lines of "this is the new style of paper route". Your parents don't need any sort of details, other than you'll be getting checks and speaking to your "boss" occasionally, and you promoting legit products online.
 
Hopefully you will get approved to the networks and get can paid.

Once a check arrives in the mail your parents will think differently. I am telling you even a check for like $50 will change your moms mind.

Especially when you tell her you are taking 10% out or something to help pay for college. Then hand her 5 dollars of it and tell her to keep a jar or something for you.

Once parents actually see green they change their minds quick.

Im a lot older than the OP (and a lot of people here it seems lately lol) but I still wouldn't tell my parents this shit.

First of all, do the networks even know your 14? I thought you had to be 18/21 to join. Therefore your parents have no reason to say that (although telling them you lied to get in would probably stir up more trouble)

Secondly, how exactly are you making money online?
I can see you explaining to your mum that you talk to horny guys all day trying to sell them stuff so they think they can see pictures of you naked or meet up in person going down a treat!
Really, if thats why, can you really blame her?! lol

I think your dad understands (to some degree) although he doesnt want to admit it to/in front of your mum. He's probably even secretly proud of you mate for having initiative, being enterprising and showing a good degree of maturity for your age.

You dont have to be 18 as long as you work the allocated amount of hours for your age and have working papers and im doing 100% cpa because ewhoring does not seem very profitable and wastes a bunch of time, its a good short term money maker.
 
Yea i only wish i Knew about all this marketing-internet-moneymaking stuff when i was 14! SHit i didnt figure it out till i was 22 and i'm 25 now lol
 
My son is 15 and I hear the same thing from his mom. I told him "Tell her Oprah and Doctor Oz approve of resveratrol and send her a link to an oprah youtube video". Next thing she does is order it for $3.95 from a facebook ad and says "thanks for the free trial, now I understand it's safe" :)
