In relation to creating content for these expired Tumblrs, are you trying to create content which matches the username where possible- or are you generating content for them that relates to your own / your clients websites? Do you tend to create them in a personal style ("Hey, welcome to my blog!)- or focus more on an article format about a set subject?

How would you tackle Off site for an authority site? I'm at the start part, got the speed optimized, got it silo'd and adding content daily 1-2 articles minimum 500 words with 1-5 amazon links to each product depending on how many products I target per article.
I currently am following this strategy:
Auto post to facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon & Delicious all new articles.
Built 3 PA 30 tumblrs to Homepage + daily social shares in twitter and facebook + got a couple other types of links to diversify the homepage links.
Since my content is often discussed on forums I've been getting 1-2 daily backlinks from forums threads which target my exact keyword (Forums are usually top 1-3 in my keyword so contextual from high ranking sites = $$).
However it's a authority site I want to build, I don't want to keep posting on forums every single time I write an article as that would also leave a huge footprint, I was thinking about getting some high metric tumblrs and send like 5 to each category and 10 to homepage then add 5-10 different types of links to the categories & homepage , overall that would leave me with ~80-100 backlinks total (categories + homepage, not counting article backlinks) of course all dripfed over 1-2 months.
PS: You mentioned GSA earlier in the thread, what you gonna do with it? I wonder how I can include it in my link building strategy to help me out.

I just built some web 2.0s. I started about 3-4 weeks ago and added a page every couple of days. So I gathered up around 230 URLs from them (I took all the URLs from the web 2.0s, not just the URLs that had a link to my money site)
Now I am going to build links to them. So I bought a couple of gigs from a provider and am sending about 4 or 5 links to each URL. (do follow, no follow and a mix of platforms)
So, just for clarification (and to ease my paranoia):
If I am the only person visiting the site, traffic should be very low. How will getting 4 or 5 links to each page look if no one is actually visiting them. I looked at one of my sites and no one had visited it (it was also a Blogger site, so I would not expect much traffic but that is what prompted this question, 0 visitors and about to have links)
Do web 2.0s even look at this.
I read another post that said spam the heck out of them, it won't be noticed. (I considered the post I read authoritative but it was from 2014, has anything changed since then.)
It just seems odd, who would link to my page if they had never visited it. Doesn't that set off a spam signal?
Maybe its because web 2.0s don't match these two measurements.
Anyway, it is too late to cancel now so maybe I took down my whole network (about 45 to 55 AutoFill Magic blogs).
Anyway, is the traffic to link ration a problem?

That's a very good question, but I think they won't care about the view/link ratio.
And honestly 4-5 links per url won't take you anywhere. If 1 get indexed you're being lucky, and that won't do much.
@lightningblitz : I did the web 2.0>url shortener> spam technique, with each URL shortener receiving over 100 spam links (still not enough but I'm using only scrapebox for now), and my web 2.0 haven't been indexed as of now... Should I just send more spam as tier 3? Does anchor text of Tier 3 has any influence for my website rankings, or only Tier 1 is important and I should then use generic names for Tier 3 anchor to have a higher chance to pass manual approval and thus have more links posted?

There's something I haven't found a answer to the last days of studying posts and websites about expired Web 2.0s.
Let's say I have a website in fashion that I want to rank. And I find nice Web 2.0s that meet the metrics I'm looking for, but all the backlinks are tech-related. Should I register them anyway or look for Web 2.0s that have niche specific backlinks? I'm not sure how much importance I have to give to this. Glad if anyone can help me out.

Question: Just wondering about hosting all these PBN's on my own server that can handle hundreds of domains/sub domains. 2 shared IP addresses, a DNS server and LAMP and voila! I can host from my house for much cheaper than a 3rd party host and have a lot more control over what I can load on the server. Any reason I shouldn't do this and instead, pay hosting companies monthly fees for the exact same setup? Or is the recommendation to setup one PBN per new host? If so, why?

Well first reason is because of bandwith and traffic limits. If you are not from Scandinavia or so your upload speed is probably very low. second reason is you dont want to leave any footprints, so if you want to host them all on just one dedicated server (or at your home which would also then be considered a dedicated server), then you would have to assign a different IP for each PBN site, and best to have each IP from a different IP space, even country. The less footprints the better. If one gets penalized / deindexed, they will have no problem to find them all and penalize them all, if you leave that kind of footprints.
and do you have static IPs at home?
