Tutughosh is a standup guy, bought a lot of services from him the past and have used both dedicated servers and VPS' from him, and he always delivered quality. You could've opened a ticket first on his site instead of complaining here publicly.

ordered and payed serverhost but it has taken more than 50 hours now and no setup ......... is this setup time normal or did I get scammed?

Not sure what you ordered or what his set up is

But on avg your set up times should be

shared hosting instant after order verified
reseller hosting instant after order verified
VPS - instant after order verified to a few hours depending on provider
Dedicated server anywhere from 6 to 48 hours depending on provider
