Super web 2.0 is simply a classic web 2 with good profile backlinks, who passe link juice like a PBN, you can do it in 2 ways

1 - black hat : you spam your web 2
2 - white hat : you build "brand" links same as for PBN, comment, press realease, PBN, other web 2...

So simply "super" web 2 rank better than classic because link juice + small nichedauthority

I'd say a Web 2.0 is one with a couple of content pages, thrown up as part of an automated creation service.

For me a super Web 2.0 is what I provide, multiple quality posts, dripfed content, interlinked and able to pass manual review, meaning it can then have links built to it to provide a higer quality link for your money site.

I don't see why you have to choose one or the other. Just add a few posts to each web 2.0 that you make. It doesn't take much more time, especially since the majority of time these are made with highly spun content. I always throw up 3~ posts per web 2.0 of highly spun garbage and have never had one taken down.
