Had good experience with kevin, bought custom 900+ links from kevin. One of my main keyword HARD COMPETITION (18k+ search result) jump from nowhere to page 3( i blasted 100k gsa too) in just a month. I cancelled the subscription and dropped the project due to some personal reason.
Note: It was a german affiliate site. I am still ranking with 800+ keywords from page 2-5

I filter using certain sape filters, then export all those possibilities and apply my custom filters. I don't place a huge emphasis on PR for those pages but I do record it, I place more emphasis on tf,cf,da,pa and some other metrics. I don't know the average PR but I can find it out

I saw some people were making link backtracking while using other sellers SAPE links services here on BHW and they found not really quality PR0 links
