I just created a PayPal with some fake information and a "Friend" Just deposited some money (Not alot). whats the stealthiest way to get this money out of this account and into my own acct or into my hands without raising suspicion? Im also looking for tips for future reference so I dont have to deal with this next time. How do I get this money "clean" and are there any better PayPal alternatives that dont require as much info like you SSN and a bank acct. Also while on topic, how exactly should this money be stored? Im not sure how easy it is to create a system where I can easily retrieve money and transfer it without getting my name involved or in big trouble?

The most basic way is to add a real bank account to the Paypal account. Paypal can not see the name on the bank account.

How exactly would that work with Payoneer? I heard they dont accept United States Resident Registration.

Yes, unless 1. the account was never linked to another banned paypal and 2. they don't withhold the fund until you provide a working SS# or Tax ID #because you're flirting with the 200/$20,000 yearly limit.

Paypal and banks do not share information so they do not know that the accounts are in different names. As long as you don't transfer money from the bank to PayPal, paypal will never know who's name is on the bank account.

You can buy bitcoin from local bitcoins and withdraw BTC to your bank.

well in my last research, using BTC method from local bitcoin will cut your funds by 10% because of the fee and exchange value...meaning you have to got at least 10% profit margin i think. I've been looking into it but opening an account in the US bank is not an option for me...please do share if there is a method to transfer funds for overseas ppl

The stealthiest way is to buy Bitcoins with it. Authorities can always find out all transaction details of all accounts / banks involved...
