File the dispuut, and explain all is yours, explain them were and how you got or made the footage an music, tell them the software u used and the licences you own to use it.
I get a fake claim once in a while, just blow their mind away with facts you own it.. they dropped every case on my footage...

I downloaded in some free music download site, but the problem is, if that music is copyright, I should get some copyright notices like "Included copyright content" or "Block worldwide/countries". But all I got is a god damn strike!

Did they claim the video or the music in the video? there is a difference in that...
The claim itself should show you the part in the video thats claimed, and it can be the footage or the music composition i believe..

You can show them your original and uncut footage, even without the music. I got my guitar playthrough video claimed too and just showed them the uncut/original footage. I'm not sure what those idiots are thinking.

It depends on the type of video content - Free Music are not always free, Incase you have used any images in the video then it could be tough. However, you can try to raise a dispute.

If it is a music issue, from now on make sure you use only creative commons music. I have used it hundreds of times without any issue. You can download it free at incompetech.com. To be extra safe, you can add the creative commons info (licensed under creative common 3.0 etc. etc.)it is displayed under the downloads.

Dude,that song is copyrighted by vevo.You'l get screwed ,if you use that type of songs in youtube.
See they have removed many sites from google for that particular song.
