Being given as little information as possible here, I am going to go with yes. Consider HideMyAss. It's a VPN that you can change your IP with. It's cheap, just make sure you clear your browsers cache before each IP change.

I've been trying a couple of ways for profile links that are stubborn and it seems to work but i haven't be able to mass index the links i want because i havent been able to figure out a efficient way to do so.

there are lots of x websites not one... and you may be getting your hands on wrong side..
