Do you guys try and upsell other services? Like tell them their website sucks it needs to be redone and you can do it? Or social media management, PPC management, blog content, etc?

You should always take a shot at upselling, but be careful to only do it with things that your customers actually need.

Do you sell it to them though? Like hey you need to get blog going? Or do you just say we also offer content writing if you're interested. I mean clients are paying good coin for SEO, I just don't know if it's insulting to say 'hey for another few hundred we'll do your blog'.

Everyone I sell a design, some development/coding, or SEO to, I analyze their site in another way that I can offer them a service. If you can sell them on one package, you can sell them on a larger one, especially if it's pertaining to marketing or efficiency.
