Jumped onboard for the lifetime version of this last week, and have been researching keywords to compare the results from the other softwares I am using...
So far I am loving it and it gives me more insight on keywords than my LTP and serped.
Will be using this from now on and unsub my LTP and serped

I hope you can take these suggestions into consideration.
Since the ratio of "difficulty analysis" (DA) and "research search" (RS) is 10:1 across all your plans, perhaps you can allow users to exchange/swap/convert credits between the 2.
For example, if I've run out of DA credits but have 10 remaining RS credits, I can sacrifice 5 RS credits to get 50 DA. And vice-versa.
This would help users fully utilize their memberships.
Do you have an ETA of roughly when the monthly credit to replace daily credit will be implemented?

Hey no ETA as of yet. The hold up is due to how we get data and whether we'd run into issues with users being able to use loads of stored up credits in one day. We are hoping to figure out a way to do this that wouldn't cause potential problems to the system and would allow us to keep the package prices this low. I also like your idea as well which i'll discuss with my team.

Signed up for the monthly Pro Plan using coupon code from here just to test it out. I have to say I love this tool for testing keyword difficulty. I am currently doing a load of difficulty analysis and no other tool compares. Its so fast and I don't need to sit and do 1 by 1 searches like other tools. I will be upgrading to lifetime for sure.
However in my testing today, first day, I was putting in 50 at a time. However for each 50 keywords it would take off like 60+ credits so in the end I was only able to check 387 keywords today (for 500 credits) and it shows -5 on the credits. Is there a technical reason for this or something I'm doing wrong.
Suggestions like others have mentioned would be great. Such as control of the monthly credits to use when I want, and up the number of credits. Thats all in a perfect world. The tool is already amazing for the price. Keep up the great work.

How long does the search archive stay?
I found out that I need to re-check difficulty of a keyword in a few days after I have already checked it before.
Also the lsit of searches doesn't appear for the keywords for more than three days.

Hey im shooting you a PM, that credits issue should not be happening. We'll try and get it all sorted out for you.
Keyword difficulty scores are saved for 7 days. Since SERP's change often caching them for longer could lead to inaccurate results. If you want to save the score just add the keyword to a list and you'll have the info saved for as long as you want. You can also export all information as well if you need things saved for a longer period of time. Full keyword searches are saved for 1 month. Once again for the same reason. After a month volume, CPC, PPC data should all be updated. Hope this clears things up!

No other keyword tool can come even close to checking this amount of keywords for full difficulty analysis per day like this. It would take forever. In addition our lifetime plans and monthly subscriptions are cheaper than pretty much anything else out there. Not to mention the keyword suggestion features we offer that other tools don't have.
