If your bing ads account is 30 or less days old, then you can use the coupon

so today in morning i've received a REVIEW COPY. I had several questions and he responded to me with in minutes ( even the coupon, i received it few minutes after commenting here)
Btw: I used fresh acc on bing (registered today) NON US IP or residence. I added MY VCC then coupon, didn't have to spend a dime and received CREDIT.

Just curious what VCC did you use?

Can you guide with this? Cos, VCCs are not working for me and have heard it's hard to get VCC through with Bing.

It means account should be verified with credit card/paypal. Bing does not allow prepaid accounts to use the coupons.
