I've seen your PM on the new request. The replacement guarantee only applies only if the link placed has been removed/deleted. So far it's already 6 days after I sent you the replacement link and it's still sticking.

Answers below:
1) Yes, the backlinks are no-follow. The main purpose of these links is to pass Trust Authority to your website, not link juice like using PBNs.
2) As for the anchor text, you can suggest but we don't guarantee we'll be using them as we need to see which page will be used and to blend in.

I'm still here and have not ran away. We don't replace any links if you delete them yourself. So please explain these:
On 13th March 2016, I told you we wont be removing any link if it's sticking. But the next day you went and delete it your self?
- That account was created on 14th March 2016 just to delete the link
- Moderators don't make such silly noob mistakes deleting then reverting and then deleting the link again
