You need to learn SEO, it's not a choice even if you want buy SEO services you need to know what buy, or you can hire a freelancer for doing that but 90% don't know what they doing and just buy fiverr gig = your site will die, or if you are lucky you find the good one but the price will be $xxx to $xxxx per month but of course if you don't know SEO you can't see if your freelancer make good or shit... so learn SEO

You have to use some free seo tools available on internet. =>use Google

Look up on your main hosting directory if robot.txt and siteMap.xml exists.

Else seach => robot.txt/sitemap.xml online generator.

Then => next steps like edit meta tags and so on sited by members.

Social media, SEO or paid advertising. I would start with making social media accounts on all big SM sites and join groups and post good content consistently. Then dive in to SEO spending all the time you can like its your job to research it and learn it. You are your company so you are responsible for the success of it.
