Twitter campain question

Hello,
Im hoping someone can help me decide the best way to point social media traffic towards a single domain from a good number of twitter accounts without throwing up any flags or notable footprints. To date I have been simply using url shorteners but Ive stayed conservative in my campaigns and would like to scale up a bit. Would purchasing additional domains and forwarding them to the target be any different than your standard url shorteners? Ive read various claims that Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest can see right through to the target anyway. Is this true? If so, is there a better way?

Yes, it's true for twitter.

For twitter, block the bots and crawlers with the robots.txt file, and block IPs too with .htaccess or directly on your cpanel. It should help.

Both: with Twitter, you akways have to be the most careful possible.

For the others, I don't know.

If we analyze the first page of the Yandex search results for the ultra-high-frequency query "plastic windows", then the share of social traffic here is barely different from zero. And this is typical for many resources of competitive commercial topics.
