Find forums related to your niche, join and participate, and either soft sell or have your site in your sig.

Social Media - build up Twitter, Instagram, Pinetrest, FB accounts and market to your following. With FB, join groups that are in your niche and market there.

Get guest posts on sites that allow them that are related to your niche.

Take a look at Meathead's method for 100 a day, easy for Noobs (paraphrasing the title) and jump in there.

Do all of those properly and you'll get targeted traffic I am sure.
