Hi guys,

I've been caught up with Alex Becker and all of his source wave video's lately. I followed his strategy to rank and rent out pages for local terms. As of right now I have some page 1 rankings and soon I want to complete the last step in the process: rent out the pages. I've been reading more about renting out pages and some people claim your website can get a google penalty for doing this. Is this true?

Also is there any free plugin I can use for renting out pages? Obv Becker wants to sell his own software, SourceCCS, but it's kinda expensive I think. Especially considering it might not even be that safe at all.

Any advice?
If you think I should stop listening to Becker video's plz tell let me know.

Never heard of websites getting a penalty doing this. Also why would you need a plugin for this? Just find local businesses in same niche and contact them, try and negotiate a monthly deal or set up tracking and ask for a commission per lead.

How else can I put their site over my pages? Is there a way to do this without a plugin?

So far ive never seen anyone get penlalised because of renting out pages yet. However, their customer service suck really bad. I joined source u and hunter a while ago and got kicked out without any replies because i posted about another better tracker on their so called private fb group with top seos.

My source hunter subscription got cancelled without any reason and they told me to subscribe again. I ended up paying double for the month and they refused to help me. I said f it and decided to leave the source world.

I wonder if the customer service on sourceccs is going to suck too.

Why not just add a few "get in touch" buttons to the content that go to a contact form on your site and you'll collect leads. Then you can sell them to whoever's interested. Or you can just link to the buyers website's contact page if they have one.
You could also change the content, add their phone number to the header and charge a lot more per month. Kind of a site takeover, if they stop paying, change it to another company who's willing to pay for leads.

Renting shouldn't be that big of a deal.

I mean you only need to hire a virtual assistant from places like the Philippines, Bangladesh or India to scour this forum and other related forums.

There is no shortage of people that would be interested in renting high ranking pages.

You have to remember that in many niches, people are looking for all the competitive advantages they can get.

With that, you have to make sure that you rank in the right niches.

There are huge number of niches that really don't have that much demand.

On paper, it may seemed that the dollar value of the clicks those keywords get may count for a lot.

But the problem is the people looking to build pages for those niches may not be convinced that renting out pages is the way to go.

Your best bet would be to zero in on niches that are so highly competitive that you are pretty much assured that there would be people who are ready, willing and able to rent out pages for

new backlink sources.

Hey what did you use to overlay their site on yours?

Alex Beckers customer service has gone to the toilet and I supported him with source hunter, source u, and revive. He burned me with revive. I let it go. He burned me with hunter and I cut him off.

Now I to am looking at xrayserp $20/mnth for 5 sites and semeasy for $37/mnth

I never bought Becker's shit, because it's all useless and overpriced. I saw his pitch for Workhorse.

Good luck cold calling clients to rent out pages. Haven't heard anyone that said it worked out for them this way, yet.

I know quite a lot of people using the rank and rent model and majority of them face the common issue. No one wants to pay the fucking rent on a website.

The majority of the business owners don't understand how SEO works and how that will help benefit the site. And a common SEO does not have the selling skills required to make these people buy.

So after investing a decent amount of money and waiting for almost 3-6 months they now have a website which they cannot monetize.

I highly recommend people thinking about getting into RR to first do some market research and find out whether people are actually ready to buy.

Alex Becker is a marketer, not an SEO guy. You don't need his software to rent out you site. Just add a CTA or the businesses number to the top menu bar and you are good to go

My main source of income is the rank and rent method. I have never had any issues with Google slapping me. Just make sure the sites are quality built and there shouldn't be any issues.

if you rent out your page , there not allowed to play with your text ir code or wordpress plugin.

I think the only way this can really work is renting a space on a page .

Let the user only add certon amount of text and videos or images to a page

You going to need a programer to get this going .

Php and mysql do it easily

Here a quick database example

what kind of element need to rent any sites. I have two sites. What I have to do to sell?

I do rank and rent but I usually sell leads by forwarding the number to the business. I have a site that makes me about $4k a month and I split the leads doing a round robin system. meaning the telephone number on my site rotate to a different business locations. Say I am getting 200 leads a month I have three businesses that the calls rotate to. So a call comes in it goes to client A, then another call comes in it goes to Client B, and so on. I have a system built in that rotates the calls out and I have a log and recordings of the calls and what client the calls went to. I bill the clients at $20 a lead and that comes out to $4000 a month.

To me that's better than doing straight Rank and Rent because of the obstacles of trying to convince a business owner as they don't see the value in just having a site. I'd rather collect and sell leads because in their minds that is a guarantee contact that can possibly lead to more money for them.

What call tracking service do you recommend? Any niches you find either easy to generate or sell leads for? Great post!

Sorry for the late response. I don't usually dont come here often. I use Kallzu for my call service with tracking. Or you can purchase the ACT system and have it installed onto a server, but that is an undertaking to do, or find a service that has ACT installed and use their service.

Jack Hopman has a system called LeadJack or LeadJacker which may do the trick.

Everything of that guys stuff i've bought in the past has been a half-finished disaster, he's a very good salesman. Be careful with what you throw your money at.

When I first started someone recommended Jack Hopman but I found Kallzu and stuck with it. I haven't used his services so I wouldn't know anything about it.

But like everything else, let the buyer beware. Do your due diligence before you buy.
