rank and rent

Just curious how you guys are making rank and rent work without a NAP and local citations? I got into this a few months ago and had 0 success

why not just placing a banner or contact ..... instead of renting the page out.

you are basically targeting keywords that are NICHE/SERVICE + CITY or CITY + NICHE/SERVICE and showing up in the organic results. You can target the 3 pack via citations, but as you said, without them ranking in the 3 pack is a huge challenge. One way to get around this is offering a company a free month of site rental + free citations. Channel the citations through to the site, most business owners won't ask about the citation log in accounts. Basically you get the advantage of a clients citation for your site, and chances are afterwards the business owner won't update the citations, so you get the added benefit of the 3 pack.

I'm trying to Rank&Rank a site for dentists. Imagine if I'm on the first page in Google, and people are looking for a dentist...
If my site doesn't have an address and no name of a dentist I don't think a lot of clients will trust this site.. Or do you fake this information???

Also people will usually go to a dentist that is close to their home address.
How do you guys sell leads on a RR-site, if the customer has no idea where his lead (which dentist in the city) is going to afterwards?
I don't get it. Anybody care to explain. I'm interested in the Paid Per Lead-model.

Would really appreciate it, since I have a good idea. But not a clue how to build trust for a site like this without any NAP.
